Weddings at St. George's

We at St. George’s are delighted that you are seeking God’s blessing on your marriage. We have prepared a “customary” or set of guidelines for being married at St. George’s, which will make your planning much easier. We cannot reserve a date for your wedding until we receive your paperwork. Please click on the link for the customary, print it out, read it and, if you wish to proceed with planning your wedding at St. George's, send in the forms at the end of the customary. You may also wish to check out the list of Popular Wedding Readings—these are not your only choices, only some we know are very popular.

Weddings at Trinity Summer Chapel
Trinity Church is an Episcopalian summer chapel, located at the intersection of York Street and Woodbridge Road in York Harbor. Because St. George's is the only Episcopal Church in the York area (York, York Harbor, York Beach, Cape Neddick) which is open year round, we often get inquiries about the two Episcopalian summer chapels here in town. Trinity is a large stone building. It is open from the third week in June to Labor Day Sunday in September each year. Trinity seats about 350 comfortably and arrangements can be made to increase the seating somewhat. For more information on weddings at Trinity Church, contact Louise Baker at 508-651-3317 (207-363-5885 on weekends) or email lbaker6907@aol.com.
